All our cosmetics are natural & organic, biodegradable, vegan and free of
parabens, sulfates, 100% natural & pure, handmade in small batches in France.

Do you test your Cosmetics on Animals?
Leash Me Alone conducts zero animal testing.

Are your Cosmetics environmentally safe?
Our cosmetics are biodégradable, vegan, organic, free of chemicals and
are completely environmentally safe.

Can I get my product personalized?
Leash Me Alone products are handmade to your order. Any special requests are possible.

Our bags are all biodegradable and compost friendly.
After being discarded our bags quickly biodegrade.

Will other products be available in the future?

What size are your Collars ?
Our collars are custom made to your pooch's measurements, and are
available in four widths (15mm, 20mm, 25mm & 40mm).

What size are your Harnesses ?
Our Harnesses are custom made to your pooch's measurements, and
are available in four widths (15mm, 20mm, 25mm & 40mm).

How can I take care of Collar, Harness or Leash?
Your Collar, Harness or Leash can be cleaned, using a soft brush or
After letting your collar or leash fully dry, we recommend conditioning it.

Are your Collar, Harness and Leash as strong as other dog products?
Absolutely.
Our products are made of the strongest materials, and are individually tested.

Are your Leashes available in different lengths?
Our Leashes come in two lengths and multiple widths.

Can I change my order after submitting it?
It is not possible for technical reasons to modify your order online.

Can I exchange the collar, harness, etc. that I ordered?
Leash Me Alone are custom made.

You can pay on our site with AMEX, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, Paypal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, JCB.

Is it possible to pay in several installments?
No, only complete payments are accepted with your order.

What currency can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made in any currencies.

DELIVERY;

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are custom hand made to order. Order will take 5-7 business days to be made.
Deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
Delivery details will be provided to you via email.

Can I be delivered to a different address than the billing address?
Yes it's possible. During the order process, you can register multiple addresses!

Does the price displayed in the basket include all costs?
No, taxes and customs duties (for customers residing outside the European Union) are not included in the amount of the basket. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer deliveries in relay points?
We do not offer this type of delivery at this time.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, we ship worldwide and its free!.
